Error I have never Seen

I am seeing this error all over my RPT. I have never had it before. Can someone tell me what might be causing this or have seen this before?

that's interesting, how far into a server startup is that?

Well I would say the first time is 30 min. I see it in the RPT from 2 - 4 times. I think  it is causing some lagging on the server as well. Thing is, I haven't changed anything.
