Server Won't Boot - No Errors in RPT, nothing changed...?

Yo all,

I have a problem with my server, I can't spawn, I just see empty land in front of me and there's no character of me ( can't sse myself in 3rd person ).
It appears that the game is not reading this mission file correctly in my opinion, this says Arma 2 OA server:
