You need to have the steam ports open and set correctly and also make sure the firewall is not blocking the dayzlauncher connection.

In your server.cfg you have your steam ports set (usually +1 of your game port)
After making sure they are open visit the dayzlauncher website and add your server.

 

What is your server ip and port?
