Battleye: Client not responding

One of my players just recently started having trouble connecting to my server. 

 

18:59:38 BattlEye Server: Verified GUID (...) of player #2 ...

19:00:00 BattlEye Server: RCon admin #1 (...) logged in

19:00:09 Player ... kicked off by BattlEye: Client not responding

19:00:09 Player ... disconnected.

 

Same thing every time. No other player has this issue right now. 

 

This is what he's tried so far:

 

1) reinstall Epoch

2) reinstall Battleye

3) reinstall Arma

 

Any recommendations on where else to troubleshoot? Not sure if this is a server issue or something on his end. Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

He may want to check ports

To fix this I went to

C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\BattlEye

and you will see BEClient.dll and BEClient.dll.new more then likely, so you delete the BEClient.dll and now you should only have the BEClient.dll.new left so what you do now is delete the .new part and it will turn into a proper dll file and rejoin and your good :D

This happened many months ago. The problem was my host blocked a range of IP's due to recurring DDOS attacks.

Oh okay, well that still can fix the issue for those who have actualy BE issues :D

also make sure he replaces both x32 and x64  .dll files most people do not do this

Also, make sure he isn't  a necromancer.
