0 flow0815
Check epochserver.ini and db config to match all values. Stop the database and restart it. If it will still not work, try new redist server version. Just replace server.exe and also cli if you are using db clean tools. You can get it here for windows: https://github.com/MSOpenTech/redis/releases
0 Richie
Change the allowed Ram to 2GB if it's set to 4GB, I had the same issue.
0 Stealth79
Thankyou, but unfortunately no dice, I cant find the error, the server is a clean install. I will try the RAM setting first then if that does not work, Is there any way to use the good old MySQL DB instead? Thankyou
0 Richie
Redis works fine, I have 3 Epoch servers and all run fine without issues. Someone else had the same problem, he resolved it :)
0 Stealth79
Nah all good, Ram change worked, thankyou very much, I had tried RAM setting before but I went from 1gb to 4gb, didn't even think of 2, lol. Cheers Again. ;)
0 flow0815
I only wonder why. Do you have less ram in the server that redis can't lock the 4gb memory?
0 Richie
I only wonder why. Do you have less ram in the server that redis can't lock the 4gb memory? I have 32 GB of Ram and had this issue using default 4GB, 2GB works a treat.

0 Rob2
My Redis Database of 3 A3 Epoch servers is some few megabytes big. I wonder why the Database should need such RAM amounts... I have decreased the redis ram size to 512mb from the beginning and still think, this is much, much more than needed. BR Rob
