H, any news on a fix for the Ai Vehicles not moving and Ai not getting out yet?

thnx, i have a 1.0.5.1 server running for near 2 years and a test server running 1.0.6 this last month, hope to get 1.0.6.1 on it for testing soon then upgrade the main server if everything is ok

New server - (Hosted) No edits No mods.

I've tried 5 different machines (Locations) from the list the host offers.

any Idea why I can't get past this screen?

That could be anything. 

Need you to post your client and server .RPT log file.

Ports opened? not just default port, steam/steam querry also need to be open

This host offers several different machines - I have moved the server to a total of 5 locations so far. 

I can access the server via filezilla - it shows up in the Arma server list and I receive mission files when I log in but get stuck here every time  http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/8822042064899

Do you think this is this a client or server side issue?

Your server has installed it wrong, I'm at work so I can troubleshoot properly but something is not right

Survival Servers?

I had the same issue with them.

To be honest, the guy was nice and polite, but it took 3 days of back and forth to get it fixed.

The way I get them to finally fix it was to ask them to confirm that they can join the server, and other 'fix' they offered didn't help at all.

Yes it's SS - I've hosted through them for a couple years now and they have always been quick to take care of any problems -

(Exceptions: The release of ARK and now the release of Conan)

I basically wanted to make sure it's not something I can fix on my own.

I appreciate all the replies - I'll just wait for their response ...

I tested out 1.0.6 with SS before I bought my dedi box.

I had the exact same issues. I tried installing and uninstalling several times.

I eventually completly wiped the server though ftp and rebuilt the server from my own files and it worked fine.

Thier one click install doesnt work.

Does anyone know of a host that is offering a WORKING version of Epoch1.0.6

This is not the place for hosting discussion. Please search for answers in existing threads, I have seen a few threads asking for recommendations since 1.0.6 release.

I'm guessing you mean the ability to refuel when you roll up to a petrol station, this has always been a mod doing that.

There's an updated version of the service points script on here that I rewrote for epoch 1.0.6 (I'm at work so I can't link it)

Are you using a converted database or a new database?

I did the update through my provider, So I would hope that its a fresh DB.

Judging from what player_setup  does, it seems like the database is not correct or corrupt or similar, I would think a fresh PROPER database install would fix it.
