Please help BEC not restarting

I have been reading for the last few weeks trying to fix my problem. BEC starts and works as far as I can tell because it says RCon admin #0 logged in and it will kick for idle and will kick for high ping. It will announce that as well. However my server will not restart or even announce a restart. If anyone could help me figure this out i would be so happy!

bec shutdowns with arma

run your restart.bat 1 sec before shutdown the server

run it like 2sten8igall said befor bec is executing the shudown command. 

 

add this in your restart.bat so it pause the batch process for a few sec 

PING 127.0.0.1 -n 5 >NUL 2>&1

or just use the windows scheduler to run the batch so you dont need to deal with bec

Thanks for that info, but i don't think its actually loading the scheduler it never says scheduling in the bec window. so restarting isn't the issue at the moment I guess I should say its not actually shutting down or announcing the restart time I only really need bec to announce and shut down i can get it to restart with anything.
