Admin inGame Messages - For Events or Announcements

Hi All,

 

I am looking for a way to, as an In-game admin, send instant messages to everyone, preferable in bolder and perhaps colored text to announce events, upcoming changes etc. Preferably not in the standard text box, but some kind of message that is clear to everyone, regardless of current channel.

 

I have searched through the forums but cant find anything like this (perhaps I am searching for wrong keywords though, as I am sure others have already accomplished this), do any of you perhaps know if a mod/script exists that will allow me to do this?

You can do it via an Rcon tool such as EPM or Dart but the text is white, It was fine red but BI thought not.
