A3 1.46 bringing remoteExec security risks?

So according to the A3 dev changelogs it appears as though remoteExec  and remoteExecCall commands are coming to A3.  Seeing as how these commands can allow remote execution of code, we could begin seeing a lot of issues with cheating and exploits.  RemoteExec can also be used to introduce server lag through the use of extended sleep calls, among other methods.  Yes, there are BE filters to prevent such things, but we all know how well BE actually prevents cheating.  It seems as though Arma is banking on the new Active BE protection to be the cure-all to alleviate these worries, but I'm not convinced.  What are your thoughts, Epoch devs?
