Banking Data says error form name

i am using zupa coins with 999 custom hive....over the last few days when people are joining there name in the banking data is error instead of there name.

 

Has anyone got a idea on whats causing this thanks.

 

This is a example off what it looks like in database were it says error it should be players name.
