Dwarfer
second_coming How did you remove the events ? did you just make set a bigger timer than your uptime ? or did you events[] = { }; ?
second_coming
second_coming How did you remove the events ? did you just make set a bigger timer than your uptime ? or did you events[] = { }; ?I just inserted this at the top of each script:if(true) exitWith{}; Dwarfer and ReDBaroN
Darth_Rogue
I did the same but I just removed the events from the events list in epoch config. Same end result. Server has been running like a champ ever since.
second_coming
It must be BIS_fnc_findSafePos that is causing the problem
Darth_Rogue
Why would it be causing a problem for the events but work fine for the AI missions? I never see any major performance drops when a mission begins.
Ghostrider-GRG
Been playing Epoch Bornholm with RHS mods added, after the update it was running horribly. Was told to paste these launch parameters in ArmA 3 launch options -noSplash -cpuCount=2 -malloc=system Frames went from 4 FPS back to a normal 40-90 FPS. Only problem i have now is when i hit Esc while ingame i get booted, other than that it runs good for me now. Hope this might help, Little Bird With these client startup parameters the game runs very smoothly on our public server.

EL BARTO
Testing the new launch options from "Little Bird" on our server and the fps are now stable for everyone!!! Hoping the Devs will have a look at the fps issue and can create a final fix for that options: "-noSplash -cpuCount=2 -malloc=system" Its only on the bornholm map!!! Did you try adding these to the server's launch parameters or are you just doing this client side? Thanks
Ghostrider-GRG
Did you try adding these to the server's launch parameters or are you just doing this client side? Thanks We are just doing this client side. When I have folllowed Server FPS and Client FPS only the client FPS is taking a hit. The server maintains 50 FPS even if the client is crawling. Darth_Rogue
Had a couple random HC crashes tonight. Had been running well for a couple days. Gonna throw the bidump files Dwarden's way so they can take a look.
