Player NOT connecting and getting kicked straight away

Why cant people connect to my server will logs below ? i can connect just fine :-s any ideas people

they either don't have the mods they need for your server downloaded, or don't like your sever, pick one

thats what i though but bornholm and epoch is all u need lol as if you dont have mas weapons you can still join but welcomed with an alarm and warning message so its just weird happens to 90% off all players and im sure their not all mission file theifs lol
