[Help] Traders and admin does not spawn vehicles

Hi, I have long playing dayz but since recently decided to create a server out of curiosity.

The problem that I have not get fix after try looking through many forums.

When I buy a vehicle at some trader, give me the key but the vehicle does not appear, the arrow is infinitely. It also happens when I create a permanent vehicle with administrator utilities.

The errors shown me are:
