How to modify AGN safezone file?

A while back I played on a server and when you entered the trader city it displayed in green text, in the top center of the screen "Now entering SafeZone" then below that Godemode:ON

 

Upon leaving, "Now leaving Safezone" below that "Godmode:Off"

 

How can I add this into AGN safezone? I want to completely remove the text in the bottom middle of screen that says "entering trader city xxx"

Do you mean so the text appears somewhere else other than the side chat?

 

 "entering trader city xxx" - I found that this is under a section called something like class sensors in the mission SQM.

Isn't infistar the one that comes up with a box in the top right corner that looks similar to their debug monitor? :)
