Dayz Epoch Wait for Host screen PROBLEM NEED HELP

Ok first of all I need to say I'm new to this stuff but I rented a VPS and created a server with v1.0.2.5 but when I try to join the server I get a Wait for Host message that I can't get passed and I've read that many other ppl have this issue and others dont. I believe that's because of the server set up I did so If any of you would be so kind to help me I would appreciate it.

There could be any number of reasons causing this, we need more information. Is there anything interesting showing in the server console, and what about the server log file?

I rented a vps of NFOserver.com and then i did exactly as this video did

also i checked this out which is the wiki server installation and is different from the one in the video

and I dont get how to do this

 

• Launch the server with -mod=@DayZ_Epoch;@DayZ_Epoch_Server; use the *.bat files for an example.

check your hiveext.log and server rpt file for errors

i have this same issue. where is hiveext.log? i checked the arma2oaserver.RPT and recieved this:
