ca\weapons\zasleh1_proxy.p3d error?

When I'm running around towns on my dedicated, I get the error in the subject line.  The "zasleh" is some muzzle flash thing but it's in any of my scripts/mods.  It's weird that it's pointing to some ca\weapons path like it's from Combined Arms on Arma 2.  

 

Is this happening on the server side?  Anyone else getting this?

What mods you have on your server? Like AI missions and such and which ones?

@highlander too many to list but I've seen this error on other populated serivers like donkeypunch and terminus.

I didn't get it until we added one of the AI missions from the forums. Have been trying to figure out whats setting it off. Happens when your with in 700m of the mission location.
