Did you even look at the posts Richie linked? If you read the posts Richie linked you would have seen this juicy, direct quote from the devs:

 

They are more or less placeholders and the loot that is there is not spawning correctly. 0.2.5.3 will fix the loot spawn issues with them and 0.3 will flush it out.
