BEC not working?

Is it somehow possible to change the port Redis?

The Redis port is not accepted by BEC.

Or I get BEC to run for Epoch different?

You can manually change the port, just add port 1234 in redis.conf

Bec though doesn't use redis, I think your error lies elsewhere.

 

More info and logs would help, you haven't actully said what's wrong.

Where and how do I enter this port?

here is my redis.conf

bind 146.0.42.44
MaxMemory 4gb
save 900 1
save 300 10
save 60 1000
requirepass mypassword

 

bind 146.0.42.44:2303
or
Port = 2303

If I write purely in the redis.conf, redis will not boot.

Can someone help me?

bind 127.0.0.1 (redis runs on localmachine).

requirepass ***CHANGETHIS

 

Redis uses it's own port, by default 6379 .

So Epochserver.ini :

 

[Redis]
IP = 127.0.0.1
Port = 6379
DB = 0
Password = ***CHANGETHIS

 

If you start (after changing the password in both files) redis and then the server, it should be fine.

leave the port as is. Redis DOESNT use BEC. Nor does Bec use Redis.

 

Bec is a simple program that can easily be setup wrong.

 

Paste screen shots of errors from BEC.
