ERROR: Addon 'ASC_EU_Lights' requires addon 'CAData'

I like to play EPOCH but i get an erroe when i ad the mod folder to the game i have tried clean install of arma redownload mod...

 

The game won't start when the mod folder is in the Arma 3 folder.

 

 

Does anyone know a fix for this? i can't find anything about it in Arma 3
