This could have anythink as a reason.

Make sure your virus systems are turned of and you've installed all needed redistributables.

If it doesn't work it can be also a problem with your system drivers. Maybe the file is corrupted?

Try to get it work on your server, if it works then the problem must be in the system.

If you google Ntdll.dll (what does it do?) Most thinks using ntdll.dll for drivers.

I don't think that the system specs are needed, im sure it has something to do with your Software.

As i said, try to run it in a Virtual Machine that you install with a new System. (VMWare, VirtualBox, ...)

If it doesn`t work on a new System, then you can be sure that there is something with the Epoch-Binaries. (which i don't think)

greetings L3uX.

Edit:

Answers to the problem. Just try it.

Pulled the battery from the motherboard (BIOS rebooted), and the problem disappeared

I had the same problem, its something with your computer, on my windows 7 desktop I had this problem, then I tried it on my windows 8 laptop, and it worked on that. So maybe there is something wrong with your system, try to do a factory reset. But ofcourse, thats not the best solution
