Custom Loot

I added custom loot from the following topic:

after ading the tables, interval between loot gets spawned got increased, today when i was testing the server every 5 minutes there was new loot spawning in the same place

 

after 30 minutes i took 40 bloodbag and 50bandage from the cherno hospital, is there any way to fix the issue ?

 

+ how do i add cinder block and mortarbuckekt to custom loot adding following strings : 

{"CinderBlocks","magazine",1},

{"MortarBucket","magazine",1}

which should usualy be 100% i was not able to find any ?

 

 

and as the last quastion which loot table do you recommend me to use ?
