Where's Maca?

Recommended Posts

I've cleaned up the users abit, if you have any suggestions for antispam, im all ears :)

Does the forum software have the option to require validation before a new user can post? I've got that on phpbb3 and validate everyone that joins by searching their email address in google. The known spammers show up in google results.

Try out MyBB, I personally love it, and it's free.

Its not really the forum software that prevents bots. It's how you setup that allows them to register. You can assign a certain # of posts are to be needed, captchas(advanced ones), question/answer combos, moderators that only monitor the forum and delete them as quickly as possible.
