there should be a step by step guide for everithing.

 

like, building:

 

1:find a hatchet

2:find a muli-tool

3:multi-tool works like *this*

4:energy works like *this*

5:materials are found like *this*

6:list of raw materials

7:recipes

 

 

and many more points regarding all the basics like statuses in the debug, and how they *work*(how to get rid of them, or replenish some)

 

i`m new to this and i need answers for all of this. only helpful thing i found so far is a hour long building tutorial on the youtube.

 

Structure the information=no endless threads by newbies like me.

 

Noob sticky thread with all the info would be perfect. Because now it seems like this is not the official forums at all.

anything is subject to change
one of the devs stream was saying even building will see a face lift.

multi tool works via shooting it needs energy packs which are found via looting
energry (from cars) is for building
materials are random only pelicans and fridges have there own loot
double click on thigns you find itll bring up a crafting list which tells you what you need it's pretty straight forward

for future learnings i would recommend testing/playing the mod

Here are some helpful guides in certain areas of Arma 3 Epoch. But as expressed above the game is in Alpha and therefore a lot of features are in constantly development, which prevents wikis and such being completed as the facts are altering.

There are also YouTube videos that show off lots of the features of the game and also several tutorials.

I approach this game like I approach Eve online : there are no manuals, it's a complete sandbox, go find out stuff yourself !!!

 

And yes, there's plenty info on youtube, but the best way to learn/ask is to follow twitch streamers.. They do a marvellous job !
