Unable to connect?

Newcomer to Epoch mod, long time arma player. ive successfully downloaded, installed and launched the epoch mod. Only problem is, every time i try to connect to any listed server, i get the connection failed error. I've started the game from the launcher as well as added the peramiters through steam and then launching it, still getting the same thing. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Are you starting the game from the launcher? You should see a epoch label in the main menu of the game. If not, try deleting the Epoch folder in your Arma3 directory and re-install the mod from the launcher.

Yes its from the launcher. No label where the DLC icons are. will try reinstalling. should it be in my (C:) folder program files blah blah steamapps common folder or the default folder in the launcher, which i believe all it said was True.

Yes, the @Epoch folder should be placed in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Arma 3\

Is the serve full?
Because I get the same message when I try to connect to a full server.
On a full server you usualle get "maxiumum numbers of players reached" message... but if you try again and again trying to get in sometimes you get the loading screen, but if someone else takes the free slot then you get the "connection failed" message.
