Infistar Grey Screen Ban?

I play on a server using infistar and i got banned after i got grey screen while flying my black hawk. Im almost positive the ban was from infistar and i was wondering if this is a known bug and how to unban players that get this? The server i played on i talked to the admins and they said it was because i was VAC banned but VAC has nothing to do with Arma 2 so i know thats incorrect. Also if you know a way to contact infistar directly please link me.

Get your UID, give it to the admins, ask them to go to the root folder, open bans.txt and remove that ID from that list and you should be unbanned. 

To my knowledge, VAC is not connected. However, if your guid is banned, I believe that you may need a new CD key (account) to play again. But the grey screen is infistar and not battleye.
