Server error: Player without identity

Hi Guys,

 

So ahd myh servers up and running all good, then they reboot and disappear from DayZ Commander (10000 ping) and when players join I now get the error below:

 

 5:09:10 Server error: Player without identity AdZVaughan (id 711584569)

 

I have the feeling something has been deleted but for this to happen on both servers isn't right. Also tried a fresh upload and still not working.

 

Any help appreciated.

Check your config.cfg for both of your servers.  If you have updated to the Steam patch, then you will need to have a steamport and steamqueryport added.

 

For example:

 

steamport = 2300;

steamqueryport = 2301;

 

Also, if you are running multiple Arma 2 servers on the same dedicated machine, then you will need unique ports for each.

 

So for your second server you should add something along the lines of:

 

steamport = 2320;

steamqueryport = 2321;

Solved it by just starting from fresh.

I have two servers on my computer and I have two different steamport and steamqueryport. I still get this error:  Server error: Player without identity. I can login fine.
