Currently I can't get my server to load after adding the addons to my mission.sqm. Overwatch folder is there, I have my parameters in. I've also had someone else try and has the same issue. Would I have to re edit the batch file after updating? Just loads in to load screen and then sticks there, can hear everything. Nothing in RPT. Happens whether or not I have my edited mission file or not. I already removed overwatch vehicles and everything seems to work fine... Now I only have annoying messages when somebody on server buys overwatch added weapon do you know how remove these? I have the overwatch files installed, I edited my mission.sqm to reflect the new addons but all I get when I join is my name flashing in red, wait for host and no errors. 0 Nemaconz Posted July 5, 2014 Report Share Posted July 5, 2014 Ok so I fixed the problem I was having, with vilayer you can choose to download the files for overwatch onto the server however nothing ever showed up so I went in manually and added the @Overwatch file into the root and installed all the .pbo's from the client side install, however there were some pbo's that were being called that did not appear in any of the overwatch files I downloaded, they were: FHQ_Remington, FHQ_Remington_ammo, FHQ_Remington_msr, FHQ_Remington_xm2010, FHQ_Remington_acr, and FHQ_Remington_rsass. I have no idea where to get those files so I deleted them from the mission.sqm addons and poof I could get into the sever. Now the problem I have is like everyone else, I load in and hear the game but I am stuck on the bloody load screen. I have not yet, I am in the process of doing that as we speak, but I know the mods merged correctly as I can spawn overpoch weapons, skins and vehicles with my admin menu. 0 inigomontoyayoukilledmydad Posted July 5, 2014 Report Share Posted July 5, 2014 once in awhile my server hangs like that too. blackscreen and you can hear the ocean and footsteps as you move, but no visuals it seems to be usually cause a error "cannot play edit mission dependant of blah blah \bin/cfgsunglasses" type error it seems to pop up then move past it before you can click ok, i think the hang is because its still waiting for you to click OK on the error window, but its already moved past it and you cant see it anymore. so its like caught in between, for me on the rare occasion it happens a relog fixes it fine. but it is a wierd error. i also notice 1.0.5 likes to hang at 4k on the loading of the PBO file receiving mission thing. sometimes its a real problem and indicates somethings messed up in the PBO cause it just freezing at 4k but even with a good mission file and running normally it likes to hang there, then continue downloading eventually also the "Waiting for host to start authentication" even with no bugs once in awhile it likes to hang there, sometimes for upwards of 15 seconds before moving on this 1.0.5 is very strange Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have noticed that I can delete the character from the DB and it will allow you to load but if you try to rejoin it hangs on the loading screen (with in game sounds like running if you hit W). I'm aware of the loot tables issue and have commented out the DZE_MissionLoot until I'm able to get this running. Edit: I didn't replace my playerActions and compiles.sqf files with the new ones from 1.0.5.1. Resolved this once I brought the new files over and added my custom parameters.
