How to disable vehicle radars?

Hey guys,

 

Could anyone please tell me how to disable vehicle radars?

I know some servers have interior view enabled with radar disabled so it IS POSSIBLE but I search for an answer, I can't find it...

 

• Reference #1: same question mentioned in Epoch Forums - but no answer
   
• Reference #2: same question mentioned in Epoch Forums - with an answer from an Epoch developer () however it forces exterior view (in other words, it completely disables interior view rather than hiding radar). I do not wish to disable interior view (even though it sucks IMO) as some players prefer it.
   
• Reference #3: same question mentioned in another Forum - and quite a bit of testing done but no solution link

 

Any help will be much appreciated!

pretty sure that can do radar as well
