How to detect driver or co-driver ?

I know that (vehicle player) checks if the player is inside a car so you activate addaction or whatever you want.

The problem that i am facing is that i wrote a script that enables an addaction for the driver while he is inside the car....BUT anyone inside the car has that option as well.

How do you separate the driver from the other guys..i just want the driver to get that option...not everyone else :P
