Trader bug/RPT Spam

There's a trader bug where you can buy one item and if you try to buy a 2nd item the animation goes through but you don't receive the object you're buying but at the same time you don't lose the money.

Trying to figure this out and looked through the RPT and I see this spam a lot:

Have you edited your Trader in any way, and if so what did you do?

Only thing I did to my traders was add a few weapons but this was happening long before.

Anyone have any idea what the issue is? The glitch is extremely annoying :/
