Vehicles in my server blow up instantly and don't kill the people inside when they hit objects like metal doors, plot poles, hay bales, and wire fencing.
I also have waypoints set to show but they dont when you set a waypoint. They only show when you are flying a helicopter. Any ideas?

Solved, had him run the game with the OA beta launcher, worked like a charm.

I have a friend who cannot stay in a server that has any scripts installed (might just be the tow script alone) without getting booted to the player screen that displays the name of the soldier you are playing and a disconnect option. This boots him without any error or trace of an error. He has uninstalled and reinstalled Arma 2, OA, and Epoch. He does not have regular dayZ installed. The weird thing is though, he can join a Vanilla epoch server without scripts but if it has one (I think the tow script by itself or all scripts in general) he gets thrown to that screen. I think it may be due to his client not being able to communicate with the servers that have the scripts and therefore cannot download them so they reject his client when he is in-game finally. Any clues or ideas as to how he can fix this? I've done extensive googling to try and work it out. I'll be on monitoring this thread for a while and responding when I can, ask questions and I'll get answers.

Back on topic: It would be easy to deal with them by simply locking your server and setting up either a E-mail in the server info or advertising here. Thats how I do it and we have a flow of around 13-30 players at times.

I think that model fires a .50BMG HB which is high ballistics which are also explosive rounds. Imagine Cherno after a convoy of these.

I believe they can be vaulted over but this is a good idea.

We found the lock/unlock feature for it, it is located under the cargo bay of the plane along with repair/salvage and cargo check.

Our plot poles cannot be removed either, having to remove them in database for players who have died. I don't have any custom base building scripts.

Simple, if you run a PVE hive then you have no issues with basing at a airfield or using it as storage in the outskirts of the map.

As title says, I spent three days collecting 400 gold to learn that anyone could take the plane and crash it. Also the cargo space holds 2 weapons 0 backpacks and 20 items .-.

That would be impossible to move anything server sided especially with the engine for multiplayer.

Safe cracking is rediculous. It takes up to a month for a highly skilled cracker to crack a safe that contains guns and weapons. I vote no.

I've been playing for quite a few months and have compiled a list of suggestions.
- Adding the ability to fish for freshwater fish in ponds.
- A more dynamic integrated towing script that allows 3 axis turns.
- Boat towing that will optimistically look like this
And not this
- Variations of weapons or weapon mods added. (I know this is a early development mod so this is a no no for now)
- A more enhanced variety of buildable objects for fortifications
- Towing vehicles
- More female skins that do not change the color of their outfits
- More wildlife/civilian hunting gear
hell just break away from dayz buy an engine and make an awesome game XD
but in all seriousness these suggestions take work and time and require backing from the community and popular interest in order for them to even be considered. So please feel free to discuss these or add more to the list.

Well, I've read the change logs and when I did I was of the opinion that "Hangars" are only those which can be found at the airfields.
I think they've put military hangars and industrial one's in the same loot table category. But maybe I'm wrong ;)
This is the issue, tested on my server, several high-grade military loots including nvgs were found at soln and factory.
I agree however that this just made the military grade loot way too common. Seems Epoch is slowly moving away from the original DayZ survival and more towards standard ARMA sims with some zombies added.
I'd just add JP4 to the hangar loot and drop the military loot idea.
It was a mistake in the code that is making high grade items common in the wrong tables. The way the loot tables are structured in this game are rediculous. Don't jump to an absurd conclusion that "Epoch is slowly moving away from DayZ and towards standard ARMA sims with some zombies added." without considering the possiblities of fault in code or error in server setup.

It's a shadow, doesn't exist. The server information will update once someone purchases the server from the host and updates the name.

DayZ.ST is horrible now, really disappointed that they are dropping epoch.

I am one of those griefers.
I have been stockpiling gold and building supplies specifically for the purpose of base blocking. I have about 300-320 10oz gold and I've bought out my 2 servers limit on all building supplies, I think it was 80 - 100 per vendor.
If a plot pole removal remains as a non-optional feature then I should be able to box people in or keep them on the move at a minimum. My base is in the ocean so they can't do the same to me.
You singlehandedly ruin the game for people. I just hope the people you do it to are deserving.
