    Sorry to say but most people don't  want this. 
    There is good reason why the hardcore servers have 2 or 3 players and the fully mil, 50 million start, get given everything under the sun are always full. 
    Like it or not, that's the way it is. 
    I had a server much like you describe. It was empty bar the same two people every night who loved it.  It's just not viable to keep running long term sadly.

    Well this is the result of my best enemy "what if?". I just start it as a simple mod.. but with the running of the days the "what if" appear more and more, ending in a mod who uses all epoch files.

    *What is DEATHMATCH: Is a mixture of Wasteland and Epoch with a system of Ranks Exclusive only for UTES map. You can choise between play a clasic DeathMatch or Epoch-DeathMatch
    *Mission Cache Size: Less than 500kb.
    *Install: The install is pretty simple, you just need 10 minutes for create a fresh server files, create a database, overwrite all with DeathMatch files and edit some paths.
    *What´s inside?:
    *What´s was writed exclusive for DEATHMATCH?
     
    Important!: this not was writed thinking in infistar. You can use it with infi but you will need entry a lot of filters.

    I agree. But your path will certainly not change, let me explain:
    Let's assume there are still 1000 active players. These are spread over currently 100 servers. That would mean about 10 players per server.
    Now we go your way (and many others too)! Suddenly we have 500 servers (assuming). That would mean 2 players per server (the admin and his friend).
    Do you think THAT would save the mod? Realy?
     
    Your other arguments do not work also. There are everything from PVE servers over mixed servers to PVP servers.  From "you get nothing" to "sugar in the back" servers.
    You too will not reinvent the wheel!
     
    The only reason why so many "beginners" want to operate a server has only one reason: They want to play God. They want to have all the vehicles that are available at a mouse click. Spawn so much gold as fits in their safe.
    And exactly these persons are not suitable as an admin!

    Your infistar is massively out of date. It's from 2014.
    You need the latest version to run with 1061. 
    Probably why nothing works as it should.

    Do some very simple tests. Move all the other files into the mapaddons folder and change the calls to be the same as the NWAF one that you say works.
    Ot it could be something stupidly simple like you've spelt buildings wrong on the folder name, although I would expect that to show an error in the rpt.
     
    I called all my custom addons this way in server_functions. Worked fine that way for me.

    You've completely messed up the script installs. You need to start again and do it properly.  A server  with scripts isn't a clean install. 
    You can't just randomly call stuff in the init wherever and however you like, as it won't work.

    Your init.sqf is completely wrong, that is not how you do all the loading of stuff at the start, including fn_selfActions.
    Remove these:

    No one can monetize arma 2 anymore. When we opened our community, behemia was doing their crackdowns on most big commuities. the ones making thousands a month.  so we never had perks to begin with. WE, BARELY cover our monthly running costs, of 100$ (this is not including the website too). Past 2 months, didnt hit the 20% for the month lol.  It has bad months and good months.  So with that being said, unless you have tons of players that donate on a constant basis, paying a scripter will end up coming out of your pockets... Any any good scripter, someone who can create scripts like they can talk, are far a few in between. Specially in the arma 2 world.
    Most left, and the ones that remained are fed up with arma in general...which i dont blame them.
    There are a few left around, that could do that. But most are in my position. Full time job, 40 huors a week, and a side business. I work roughly 70hrs a week if not more, then gota tend to my servers...OH and lets not forget the wife...yeah shes last lol (cant make her last this weekend its her bday lol).
    Im hesitant to help people build a server. And heres why, I've built 2 servers already for people, and never got paid... half way through, uploaded so they could test, never heard from them again... and I spent coutless hours customizing it the way THEY wanted...
    If theres one thing i learnt in life, is this. If you want something done right, do it yourself! No one else will do it the way you need it.

    You're asking someone who, by the sounds of what you're asking for, has spent not dayz, not weeks, not months but YEARS perfecting their server (s) to carry out a complete overhaul for $50?
    I get $35 per hour (plus benefits) to schmooze milfs who bring their Audi / Maserati in for service lolol.

    Go through your init and edit all the stuff that's wrong. 
    Looks like you've copied lots of things into it that shouldn't be there from instructions and other stuff. 
    Check the 
    "player_tradermarkers.sqf" file too, looks like that has errors.

    Without wishing to sounding rude the amount of help you have asked for here in the last few weeks , the amount of code from other people you have used both from mods and from people fixing your issues, I really don't think there will be anything in your mission files that either is special, new, or hasn't been made public already. 
    If you have made custom map areas yourself, fair enough. Put them server side, then they are safe.

    It's to do with the way death is handled. 
    In 1061 it was changed somehow.  Any suicide script or a script that causes you to die may create the double death.  Hence why you edit it to call the player death file rather than spawn it. 
    Don't ask me the technicalities as I have no idea,  but that is  the principle.

    I used to use something similar to announce various rules and FAQs during the course of a session. Used to do it with battleye but no one pays attention to the red text, so doing it via side/system/global chat is much better.

    Search your ah.sqf and at.sqf for spawn player death.  Change any instance of this to call player death. 
    Was supposedly fixed in the latest infistar, but some were missed. 
     
    Also so if you are using ess, make sure the call for it is above the call for infistar in server_functions.sqf

    Nothing to do with it. 
    You are looking for a line that says "spawn player death" 
    you must change this to "call player death"
