[Trader Vehicles dont spawn! Red Arrow and Key but no Car :(]

Hello ,

 

i have a question to the trader.

If i buy a car i get the key + the red arrow.

The Car dont spawn!

 

I get this Message:

After the Restart the Car is in the Trader Zone.
