Has anyone had any luck with this? I've got the UAV terminals and darters on Suppe's and Halv's black market trader. One of the UAV terminals works, gives ya the access menu, the other doesn't. Whatever.
But neither the darters nor stompers give the "connect" option. Any ideas?

You could script it to replace all the light classnames with the same model but switched off, each model has an on/off version

i created a spawn system with the option to spawn near your jammer or group you can use, it wont let players spawn exactly in their base, but within a distance and can be setup to lock spawns near where player has died so it cant be abused.

-Personal Safe from Arma 2 with lockable combination.
-Team Storage container that would either be some kind of a ship storage container or a vault.
All lockable devices should be unlockable, packable and or available for removal after 7 days of no interaction and remain there for another 7 days.

It wouldn't be hard to add additional spawn points, and existing spawn points to have sewer caps that bring you back to the spawn selection area. (I believe this is what you're looking for?)

Me again.
I’m looking for like minded UK/EU based server admins who would like to join community forces and help build the ultimate Epoch experience. I have 4 very high spec dedicated servers with web services and TeamSpeak 3 servers.
We have over 300 members and 3 active admins. If you have a small community you’d like to extend and the skills to build player friendly servers contact me via PM or hop on our TS server!
We are not looking to make money! If money is you goal, you need not reply. This has and always will be about the players!

Would you see this being a whitelist or just "on" "off" if it was to make it to production ? no pressure just wondering. Completely see how it can be an easy hack point so the most secure way would be good :-)

zenitmonth [Z] clan replaced a lot of the buildings with arma 3 altis/stratis buildings on there server , might be something to look into .

ah mate different mods , blue prints are a bp thing , building system works by double clicking the materials in ya inventory.

Has anyone seen any mods where you can put an object (laptop or something) that allows you to control the weather in game? I'd like to make a weather control station that's AI held but can be captured by the players and allows them to control the weather.

What I would say is before you go to far down either road. Work out how to host a test/Dev via at home first (thread in here someplace how todo it). Once you have learnt the basics then look to host a box online someplace.
Just my opinion. Sometimes it's better to test the water before you head in from a dive :-)

Go dedicated, with a GSP you'll never have full access or control.
You'll also notices the posts about people complaining their host hasn't yet updated to the latest version of Epoch.
If you really want the GSP route then try fastpoint gaming, they post here, are clued up on how Epoch works and also seem to actully care, most GSP don't give a shit about your issues you will have.

Fantastic game. Fantastic update. But that circle that continuously appears every time I hover over anything to pick up or is possible building material is....well.....not so fantastic lol. Is there anyway that can be removed? I'm getting a headache walking around my base.

Yes, you have to run the Epoch and the Eridanus Insurrection Mod on client side.
Thats good, in this way you support the projects.
You are welcome, i will release all further informations and my test server data if I have the ok from the Epoch Devs.

maintain a spread between players of at least 20m on maps like altis push it out to 50m .
always assume your about to be shot and act accordingly.
observe everything always be looking around.
in any vehicle constantly change heading speed and in helicopters altitude , even if your driving along a road you should be "waddling".
as for dying between missions think about it from the killers prescriptive there was a high chance of people traving between the 2 missions so he set up to ambush the most likely route . dont take the easiest route .
