Try replacing the arma_log.dll file from your latest Infistar update. It may have gotten corrupted. If that doesn't help then send an email following the update instructions on Infistar forums. You can remove that dll file and Infistar will still run. You just won't get any logs ( I think).

Did you ever find a solution to this?  It is not infistar.  I only get this on my Bornholm server and I get the exact same error you are getting.
