Long Load-In Times

Can you guys just shoot me some reasons as to why a player could get an extremely long amount of load time on Receiving Data. Been having people having to wait atleast 5-10 minutes at this section at the load-in. and it doesn't happen all the time, just sorta randomly.

Try editing your basic.cfg file.
